In today’s competitive labor market, nothing is more important than finding, recruiting, and retaining the best employees. This includes ensuring employees relocating to the area, find the right home, and fall in love with Central Wisconsin as much we have. 

New employees who understand and see what Central Wisconsin has to offer, are more likely to stay and be more committed employees. 

 

I can be your partner in aiding in their potentially stressful transition.

After many years in a career involved with Organizational Development and Training, working with many other central Wisconsin companies, developing management and leadership training, I have taken the leap into another one of my passions and that is finding the right home for individuals and those relocating to central Wisconsin. In addition to my real estate license, I have also received my Relocation Specialists Designation from the National Association of Realtors.

 

Please consider me as your company’s Relocation Specialist. I bring to you the following:

  • Extensive knowledge of Central Wisconsin and an ability to highlight all it has to offer.  In essence, I will serve as your company’s tour guide.

  • A professional demeanor which will enhance your recruitment efforts.  

  • A great understanding of the needs and expectations of those you are recruiting to include,  Millennial, Gen X, and Baby-boomer  generations.  I understand what is important to them, and will highlight and show them areas, homes, and activities in our communities which meet their needs and expectations.

  • A relocation folder that includes information and knowledge of schools, demographics, social and professional opportunities.

  • Commitment to be thoroughly prepared so your new  or transferred employee has a valuable and meaningful visit.  This includes finding the home that meets all of their personal and family needs.  

  • Aid in finding temporary housing if needed, until their new house is found.

 

Creating the perfect home, has always been a top priority in life. It will also be my top priority for employees transferring to Central Wisconsin and new hires you have worked so hard to recruit.

 

I bring a breadth of expertise beyond my real estate license, to include extensive sales and marketing expertise in today’s social media marketing; a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication, and a Master’s Degree in Business Training and Development. I am also certified as a Master Project Manager and have completed many courses in sales and negotiations.  I also had the honor of providing an array of training for the largest home builder in the Midwest, giving me incredible insight and working knowledge of the industry.
